5 Free Netflix alternatives to stream your Movies and TV shows!

Who doesn't love Netflix? You get to watch your favorite movies and TV shows on any device you want and it boasts one of the biggest media libraries available. People love it and it's amazing, but it's appropriate to issue certain caveats here. Regional selections are still limited, you can't own much less save the content you watch. And honestly, the 10$ subscription price could be a bit of pain in the ass, especially if you have bills to pay and mouths to feed.

Oh no, how am I supposed to watch the new season of Mr. Robot? My life is ruined.

Lucky for you, Cheapo, I've compiled a list of the top Netflix alternatives to stream your favorite movies and TV shows endlessly. The best part about these: they're absolutely FREE.

This is one of the very first video streaming sites that I learned and I immediately fell in love with it. It sports a highly intuitive interface that is easy to navigate and use. It has a massive library and is regularly updated.

2. TubiTV.com

If you haven't heard of it yet, you will. It is an ad-supported free streaming service backed by huge media companies namely, Lionsgate, MGM and Paramount pictures. It's absolutely free. You can easily sign-in using your Facebook credentials and it's available on almost all streaming devices right now. Smartphone, Xbox, Roku, Ipad --you name it.

3. Yesmovies.to

This is also one of my go-to streaming sites. The titles are mostly in HD format. It allows you to create an account so you could be notified if a new episode or a new movie is uploaded. The library is so big that it even features region-specific content. You can watch Bollywood movies, K-drama or the latest Filipino titles.

4. Movie4k.to

This is definitely one of the most popular video streaming websites out there. The interface is very simple and ads are kept at a minimum. Just like the three above, content is updated every minute so you won't run out of movies to watch!

5. Youtube.com

Good old youtube! In case you missed it, YouTube has one of the largest repositories of online video content in the world. It is estimated that 500 hours of video is uploaded to YouTube every minute. The platform has a wide variety of content creators that create videos on almost every aspect of human life.

  3. Wow, lots of these I'd never heard of before. Must admit I'm a netflix addict, especially as I live overseas, it allows me to get my fix of UK and US programmes. Will def give some of these others a try though
